Universal body and face massage tool. Thanks to its comfortable shape with a holding hole, it is easy and secure to hold in your hand for choosing the optimal massage strength.
It has 4 working sides for guasha massage and 4 working angles for acupressure. It can work both large areas of the body and small areas of the face.
Large side surfaces are suitable for gouache massage of the back, legs, abdomen, buttocks.
Small massage hands, shoulder, neck, face. Angles of different sizes allow you to perform acupressure of different parts of the body, depending on the need - from the head to the soles.
The massage tool is suitable both for home, independent use, and for use by professional massage therapists. It does not break, is easy to clean and is very strong.
The massager is made by hand from natural oak wood using a special technology: dry wood, passing through 4 types of grinding and having a special coating - a combination of OSMO TopOil 3028 hard wax, which crystallizes the top layer of wood.
The natural oils that make up the coating are environmentally friendly and absolutely safe for health. They penetrate deep into wooden surfaces, giving them water and dirt-repellent properties, strength and wear resistance. At the same time, wood retains its ability to breathe. The product is not painted and varnished.
It can be used to perform different types of massage:
- Gua sha massage of arms, legs, back, abdomen, buttocks.
- Massage of the cervical-collar zone, arms and shoulders.
- Massage gua sha face.
- Acupressure.
- Relaxation massage.
Mode of application
- Apply oil to the area where you will massage.
- For acupressure, apply one of the corners of the massager to the trigger points, press lightly and slowly rotate in the time arrow. Avoid quick and abrupt movements, do not press excessively, the procedure does not cause pain or discomfort.
- For gua sha massage, place the side rounded part of the massager on the treated area at an angle of 45 degrees. Move along the massage lines.
- You need to massage one line until redness, but keep in mind that after a special active massage, bruising and hemorrhage can sometimes remain (this is normal for gua sha massage, provided that you do not feel severe pain or discomfort during the process).
Contraindications
- hypertension;
- reduced platelet count;
- skin damage in the massage area;
- exacerbation of skin diseases;
- infectious diseases;
- allergies, especially the components of the massaging oil;
- liver dysfunction;
- fractures in the fusion stage;
- tumors;
- poor blood clotting.
In addition, pregnant women, as well as people with hypersensitivity, should refrain from gua sha massage: in the first sessions, the procedure is quite painful.
