Method of use
Massage the body scrub onto damp, warm skin after a shower, paying special attention to problem areas. Rinse thoroughly with running water. Use 1-2 times a week.
To carry out the massage procedure, apply massage oil to cleansed body skin. The size of the jar should be selected individually for the part of the body on which you want to massage. Press the jar onto the skin covered with oil and massage with smooth movements. High pressure will cause more vacuum and more skin suction. Perform the massage with short movements. Do not leave the jar in one place for more than 2 seconds. After the procedure, leave the oil to absorb or rinse off.
To enhance the effect, scrubbing should be done before the procedure. To soothe the skin after a massage, rinse it with cool water. The skin may become slightly pink after the procedure.
Attention! Do not use cups on dry skin to avoid damaging it. Do not use oils with a strong heating effect during vacuum procedures, as they increase the risk of negative side effects of massage. Do not treat areas of the body for which vacuum influence is prohibited due to the presence of a large number of lymph nodes: the inner surface of the thighs and arms, groin area, chest, area under the knees, areas of the body near the heart, kidneys, spine.
Remember! The size of the can is directly proportional to the strength of its impact. Use smaller samples during the first session, limiting the massage time to 5 minutes: this will avoid skin injuries. In the future, the duration of exposure can be gradually increased.
